A three-layer structure: the Annual General Meeting, the Board, and the Secretariat.

Structure

TMG has a three-layer structure: the Annual General Meeting (AGM) is the supreme authority of the organisation, composed of eminent leaders of member organisations, meeting at least once a year to provide leadership and guidance; the Board is responsible for policy formation in accordance with guidance received from the AGM and meets at least twice a year, with an Executive Committee (Exco) comprising the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson and Treasurer; the Secretariat is the administrative and coordinating centre, headed by a National Coordinator responsible for day-to-day management of programmes, subject to approval of the Board.

Senior Program Officer

Senior Program Officer, TMG. B.Sc. and M.Sc. Sociology (Gender Studies) from University of Abuja; manages multi-donor projects; advocate for Gender Equality and Social Inclusion.

Solomon Adoga

Senior Program Officer

Senior Program Officer, TMG (2023). Prior experience with organisations including MacArthur Foundation, Transparency International, BMGF, Oxfam and NDI.

Muhammed Murtala

Senior Finance and Admin Associate

Senior Finance and Admin Associate with TMG; 9 years' experience managing project finances for international development partners including UNICEF, BMGF, Oxfam, Ford Foundation, HBF, OSIWA and Christian Aid.

Najaatu Mohammed

Monitoring & Evaluation

M&E officer with 3 years' progressive experience in the development sector; experience in training, scheduling, motivating and supervising staff.

TMG is nonpartisan: independent of any political party and of government, and open to all civil-society and human-rights organisations that subscribe to its ideals.
